1. Project Deposits

  • All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time and resources dedicated to your project.


2. Refunds Before Work Begins

  • If you decide to cancel before any design or development work has started, we may offer a partial refund (excluding the deposit).


3. Refunds After Work Has Begun

  • Once design or development work has started, refunds will not be issued.

  • However, if you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to revise and improve the project within the agreed scope.


4. Completed Projects

  • Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds are available.

  • Any additional changes or requests will be handled under a new agreement or maintenance plan.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases where PureForm Design cannot fulfill the project due to unforeseen issues on our end, a fair partial refund will be considered.
